This manual evaluation uses a Cytospin slide made post addition of hyaluronidase, with a modified Giemsa stain, and assessed by a certified clinical pathologist to support nonclical research studies that need to analyze the synovial fluid. 

Hemacytometer Manual Count

This assay, conducted by certified medical technologists, uses a Hemacytometer cell counter to count red and white blood cells (RBC/WBC). Hyaluronidase is added to the sample to allow for analysis.
