Biological reactivity (systematic and intracutaneous)
In vivo biological reactivity tests determine the biological response of a species to elastomerics, plastics and other polymeric materials.
Systemic and intracutaneous tests use a single-dose injection of the test product prepared from a sample.
The objective of these tests is to evaluate the biological response to plastics used in products such as medical devices, implants and base materials.
